Positive affirmations are statements that you repeat to yourself to help you shift your mindset and focus on the positive. By repeating positive affirmations regularly, you can reprogram your subconscious mind and begin to see yourself and your life in a more positive light.
As a life coach and motivational speaker, I believe that a positive and growth-oriented mindset is essential for achieving success in all areas of life.

Our thoughts and beliefs can have a significant impact on our emotions, actions, and outcomes in life. When we have negative self-talk or limiting beliefs, we may feel anxious, self-doubting, or demotivated, which can hold us back from achieving our goals and living a fulfilling life.
I remember when I first joined the Anthony Robbins company as a National Speaker and Corporate Trainer, I was 21 years old and I was given the responsibility to hold 1-2 hour speaking workshops in the area of peak performance, leadership and Mindset.
There were times I didn’t think I was smart enough or capable enough to speak to board members or top level executives, but I had to focus on the truth, my truths. Which were:
I am smart enough, otherwise I wouldn’t be here.
I am capable
I have whatever it takes to make it happen
All I need is within me NOW!
I was chosen for this position - There’s a reason I am here!
Over time, these became solid in my thoughts and actions.
Take some time each day to repeat these affirmations to yourself, or create your own affirmations that resonate with you. You can write them down, say them out loud, or repeat them silently in your mind. The key is to be consistent and persistent in your practice.
Remember, a positive mindset is a powerful tool that can help you overcome obstacles, achieve your goals, and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
